Exclusively VIP · Seoul

VIP arrival, transport and interpretation in Korea.

We plan visits to Korea for executives, delegations, families and private guests: the arrival, the cars, the interpreters, the meetings and the hours in between. One coordinator holds the whole schedule and answers on WhatsApp from the first enquiry to the departure lounge.

An exclusive house. VIP guests only.

Naru is not a general travel agency. We take a small number of VIP visits at a time, so the coordinator who plans your guest's stay has the time to run it personally.

  • No package holidays
  • No group or shared tours
  • No day tours for the general market
  • No shopping or commission stops

Three kinds of work

Arrival & access

We coordinate the arrival meeting point, luggage assistance and onward transport, subject to airport and airline permissions.

  • Named greeter in the arrival hall, or airside where the airport and airline permit
  • Expedited immigration lanes or lounges where offered
  • Porters, luggage vans and pre-registered hotel check-in
  • Executive sedans, luxury sedans and Sprinters through licensed transport partners

Private experiences

We plan sightseeing, dining and personal appointments around the meeting schedule and guest preferences.

  • Palaces at opening time, private galleries and craft studios
  • Fine-dining and hanok rooms booked, menus settled in advance
  • Licensed English-speaking guides for every sightseeing hour
  • Clinic days with an interpreter in the room — we are not the clinic

Delegations & events

For companies and institutions receiving several guests at once.

  • Minute-by-minute run of show agreed with the host team
  • Vehicle fleets staged at each venue, with a standby car
  • Interpreters for meetings, site visits and dinners
  • Seating plans, place cards, gifts and a daily written brief to the host

How we work

Discretion
Guest names stay off name boards on request. We sign NDAs on request, and itineraries are shared only with the people working on them.
Licensed people only
Sightseeing is led by government-licensed tourist-interpreter guides; cars and drivers come from licensed transport partners.
Written before booked
Every arrangement is confirmed in writing with names, times and costs. Nothing is booked or charged until you approve it.
No commissions
We do not take commission stops or route guests through shops. Our fee is shown separately from what venues and partners charge.

Questions hosts usually ask

How much notice do you need?

Two weeks is comfortable for a single guest and four to six weeks for a delegation. Shorter notice is often possible — tell us the dates and we will say honestly what can be arranged.

Can you meet guests at the aircraft door?

Only where the airport and airline permit it for that flight. Otherwise the greeter waits at the arrival-hall exit. We confirm which applies before the day.

Which languages do your interpreters cover?

English and Korean as standard. Other languages are arranged per request, depending on availability for your dates.

How is pricing set?

Each visit is quoted per party after we understand the schedule. The quote lists every partner cost and our coordination fee on separate lines.

Do you handle medical appointments?

We provide interpretation, transport and recovery planning around appointments you have chosen. We do not recommend, book or sell treatments.

Request a plan

Tell us who is coming and when.

Share the visit purpose, dates, guest count and key appointments. A coordinator uses these details to prepare a written plan within one business day.

Where are you right now?
What should we take care of? (choose any)

This is a request for a proposal, not a booking — nothing is charged and nothing is confirmed until you've seen a written plan and agreed to it.
