- Our coordination fee is quoted on its own line, separate from what the restaurant, the driver or the clinic charges. You always know what you're paying us for.
- Clinic accompaniment and shopping policy
- Clinic accompaniment covers interpretation and transport for appointments you choose; we do not recommend or arrange treatments. Shopping stops for commission are excluded from our itineraries.
- One person, start to finish
- The coordinator who writes your plan also handles itinerary changes, so you can discuss transport, appointments and timings with the same contact.
- Written itinerary for your review
- Every plan arrives in writing with names, times and costs before anything is confirmed. You approve it, or you tell us what to change.
