A quiet day on the east coast: sunrise over the sea, a private cupping at one of the specialty roasters Gangneung is known for, the birthplace of the Joseon scholar Yulgok at Ojukheon, a chodang tofu lunch and an afternoon on the pine-lined lake at Gyeongpo.
